Pronouns
Use mi, vi, li, ŝi, ĝi, ni, ili, oni — and si for “self.”
Vi is both “you” singular and plural. Li / ŝi / ĝi split in the singular; ili covers all of them in the plural. Oni means “people / one.” Si refers back to the subject of its own clause — never use li for “himself” when the subject is already li.

- Jes. Oni parolas simple ĉi tie. Yes. People speak simply here.
si, not a second li
Li lavas lin = he washes him (someone else). Li lavas sin = he washes himself. Use si only for the third person, never for mi or vi.
